Can we use our own MAP or CRM data with Marny Road? How is that data securely removed and returned?
Yes. Marny Road can integrate your MAP or CRM data into THE FLOW to sharpen targeting and scoring. This allows your first-party data to work alongside geospatial and media owner data for more precise audience reach.
Your data is always handled securely. We process it in a controlled environment, use it only for the agreed campaign purposes, and never share it outside of your campaigns. Once processing is complete, your data is securely removed from our systems, and we can provide confirmation or return outputs in the format you prefer.
Can we see the exact contact that responds including their email address? Can you put this information back in our MAP securely matching the account?
No. Because OOH campaigns do not generate direct contact-level data, Marny Road does not capture individual names or email addresses. What we receive are device IDs that were likely exposed to your OOH placements.
We can share these device IDs back with you, and your team (or your MAP/CRM provider) can handle the secure matching process to accounts or contacts. This ensures that you maintain control over how exposure data is linked back to your first-party records.
What’s the typical onboarding timeline for a new customer?
Onboarding is straightforward and usually takes 1–2 weeks. During that time, we work with you to understand campaign objectives, plan the right mix of inventory, and negotiate with media owners on your behalf. Once that process is complete, we can launch campaigns quickly, powered by insights from our internal platform, THE FLOW.
